All three cottages are functionally identical inside, so you can pick any one based on availability. The differences are the lot and the beach: Black Bear is the northernmost with a slate-rock beach, Red Moose is central with a soft sandy beach, and Green Maple is the southernmost with the most privacy and the longest sunset exposure.
