Restoule Cottage Rentals on Commanda Lake

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. The cottage is adorable! Everything was exactly as advertised, with beautiful views and lots of space - inside and out. Joshua was easy to communicate with, and the “how to” manual is posted for quick reference. We will absolutely book again!

What an incredible place… The view of the lake is absolutely spectacular. The cottage itself is very well designed. It is quite spacious and has everything you need for a vacation (shower, kitchen, internet, etc.). The patio is also quite nice – we were able to enjoy many BBQ and sunsets overlooking the private beach. Joshua is an amazing host; very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back!

The Red Moose Cottage is a welcome retreat from the city for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The kitchen is well equipped including a large bbq and spacious deck with comfortable furniture for outdoor dining. The interior is beautifully designed with a calming colour scheme, and pine wood throughout. The fire pit is perfectly positioned for roasting marshmallows while watching the sunset. Joshua is a very friendly, responsive, and welcoming host. Thank you, Joshua, for the opportunity to enjoy your cozy cottage with spectacular lake views!

Our stay was truly exceptional. The design of the place was absolutely amazing and felt like something out of a movie set. The sound of the frozen lake added an extra touch of magic to the whole experience.Our host Joshua was an absolute gem. His welcoming personality and genuine kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. He was always ready to help. It was evident that for him, our safety and comfort were the top priorities, surpassing any financial considerations. Overall, our time here was nothing short of fantastic, and we can’t wait to visit again in the summer!

10/10. Looks better than the pics and an idyllic location with beautiful, unobstructed lake views and a private sand beach steps from the deck. Second time at this property and will come again. 10/10 property and the owner is reasonable, accommodating, and easy to deal with.

This beautiful spot was even better in person. The cabin was phenomenal and had everything you would need. Wake up to ducks swimming on the lake, on the stunning deck and the sound of the water at the perfect beach. We went kayaking around the lake with the kayaks provided and loved every second! What a gem this place is! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Stayed at the Green Maple cottage with the family. Beautiful spot right on the water. Josh was a great host and provided all of the amenities you would need for a cottage adventure. The kayaks were a great hit with us and the kids! Also great fishing! Provincial park is also close by and some great hiking trails too.

Everything was more than what we imagined – I can’t think of anything that needs to be improved. If you have a pet and you want to have the best location, this is the place. I am not going to write everything – all I can say is try to stay here once and you will definitely want to go back again.
